Face to Face Counselling

Counselling can be done face-to-face either in person (face-to-face counselling) or over the internet by using the webcam (online-counselling).

In personal face-to-face counselling I am able to use a variety of body language cues- gestures, facial expressions, posture, tone of voice.

In face-to-face counselling I can provide certain interventions such as Gestalt techniques (role playing) and other therapeutic interventions and exercises.
